Crews
will be removing the beams from the north half of the Chestnut Avenue bridge,
which is undergoing demolition and replacement.
Because
placement of a large crane on the roadway is necessary, traffic that is
now reduced to one lane of travel for both directions will be intermittently
stopped and delayed from about 5 minutes while the beams are removed and placed
on trucks to be hauled away.
The
work is expected to be take place between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday, March 27.
